Just Create a Setting with:
Name - Anything (Aircel)
APN - aircelwap
IP Address - 10.4.42.15
PORT - 8080
Homepage - http://www.google.com

Activate Ur Setting. and Use Uc browser 8 or greater. Enjoy Free 3G.

NOTE: Working in only Some Of States.
